Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time
    •    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
    •    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

UK Delivery
    •    Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days –From £3.99 (Free for orders over £79)
    •    Express Delivery: 1–2 business days – From £4.99
    •    All UK orders are shipped via trusted courier services such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your package directly through the courier’s website or our “Track my Order Page”

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at Supports@thehairxcential.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll investigate right away.

Refunds
    •    Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
    •    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations
    •    Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
    •    Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Exceptions

We may make case-by-case exceptions in rare circumstances, but we reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, courier issues, or factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
