Due to the nature of hair and beauty products, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right. This policy ensures the health, safety, and hygiene of all our customers.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at:
